These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Aesthetic Haus Med Spa services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Aesthetic Haus Med Spa operates an SMS and email communications program for users who opt in. This SMS program operates in three distinct, separately-consented tracks:
- Transactional messages. Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and direct responses to client service inquiries.
- Marketing messages. Occasional promotional offers, seasonal specials, and service updates — sent only to clients who provide separate, secondary consent for marketing communications via the marketing-specific consent checkbox and, where applicable, double opt-in confirmation reply.
- Provider-initiated clinical messages. Post-visit check-ins, after-care reminders, treatment plan questions, and direct provider-to-patient conversation regarding your care — sent only to clients who provide separate explicit consent during their in-person treatment intake as part of our HIPAA-compliant authorization process. Clinical SMS messages are transmitted through platforms operating under active Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) at both the agency and sub-account level. Prescription medications are never advertised or promoted through our SMS program. For additional details on how clinical information is handled, see our Privacy Policy, Section 8.
Message frequency may vary, typically averaging 3–5 messages per month per recipient depending on which consent track(s) you have opted into.
If you prefer to keep clinical conversations on a separate, dedicated HIPAA-compliant communications channel, we offer Spruce Health as an alternative. You may request this option at any visit or by contacting us using the information in Section 11.
2. User Representation & Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
Our booking form at https://aesthetichausmedspa.com/booking presents two distinct, non-pre-selected consent checkboxes — one for transactional messaging and one for marketing messaging. You may opt into either, both, or neither. Consent is collected separately for each track.
By checking the applicable consent box and providing your mobile number, you provide affirmative opt-in to receive messages from Aesthetic Haus Med Spa as described above. For the marketing track, we may also send you a confirmation SMS requiring you to reply YES to activate ongoing marketing messages (double opt-in).
Consent for clinical SMS communications is captured separately during your in-person treatment intake as part of our HIPAA-compliant authorization process — not through the online booking-form checkboxes.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit our forms without checking the consent boxes.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
You can also cancel the SMS service at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or any reasonable opt-out request to any message we send to you, by texting any of those keywords to +1 949-269-6661, by emailing info@aesthetichausmedspa.com, or by calling us at +1 949-269-6661. After you send the SMS message “STOP” or otherwise communicate your opt-out request, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
We process opt-out requests within 10 business days of receipt, and typically in real time. This standard aligns with current FCC rules on opt-out flexibility, which require that opt-out requests be honored through any reasonable method of communication, not solely through SMS keywords.
5. Rejoin Instructions
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service, and typically averages 3–5 messages per month per recipient. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to Terms
